San Jose, CAPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After my recruiter screening, the process moved quickly into a couple of live rounds that were less like traditional interviews and more like playing and reasoning through things.

I was able to do well on the coding assessment, but the rest of what happened felt confusing because it leaned hard on Roblox games and puzzles rather than deeper technical back-and-forth.

I ended up doing a behavioral round next, and it played like a formalities-style check-in where the focus was on my interests. That was followed by two technical rounds back-to-back. The overall difficulty wasn’t brutal, but the structure was hard to read—one part felt like coding success, and then I was suddenly stuck thinking through interactive game challenges and scenario-style questions.
