San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying, I received an assessment that took hours—around three hours for me, and it felt like the kind of work that drains you.

The programming portion leaned hard, with questions described as LeetCode hard, and I also had to create a Roblox account just to complete it. It wasn’t one clean coding test; it was long enough that I had to stay mentally sharp the whole way.

By the time I finished, I felt like I’d survived the gauntlet rather than “aced” anything. I didn’t move forward, and the main reflection I had was how punishing the duration and setup were—like the process was designed to see whether I could keep up the pace across multiple tough components, not just whether I could solve one problem.
