My process took a while—roughly a couple weeks to finish the online assessment, with the extra stress of needing an extension when I emailed to get more time.

The OA itself was pretty fun and centered on programming questions followed by two games and a situational game.

Once I moved beyond the OA, there were multiple HR and technical touchpoints. It stayed selective and time-consuming, largely because it stretched out across many steps rather than being one clean pipeline. By the end, the experience felt like it tested both my ability to reason through interactive game logic and my consistency across a longer sequence of interviews.
