My experience started with an online assessment, and the pacing was the first thing that worried me.

I was given four coding questions in 60 minutes, and it immediately felt like there wasn’t enough time to work through them thoughtfully.

After that, the next step was a phone screen where the focus was on my past experience—mostly standard background-style questions. Then I was scheduled for a technical interview, described as the next round in the sequence, and there was still a final interview after that. Even though I didn’t end up going all the way through, the early structure and the compressed coding window made the process feel genuinely difficult for me from the start.
