Robert Bosch Software Engineer interview experience

The setup felt friendly, and the questions leaned heavily into typical LeetCode-style problems plus general logic questions. I remember the recruiter feeling welcoming and the environment itself not feeling intimidating.

The level was described as mid-range, and the questions weren’t just trick questions—they were meant to see how I structured reasoning under time pressure. By the end, it felt like a straightforward technical evaluation with a good atmosphere, and I left with the sense that they were looking at problem-solving more than anything else.
