I had an online interview environment where I joined multiple candidates in the same session, with evaluators from different parts of the world.

Everything was conducted in English, and they were very polite in how they ran the questioning.

The format was paced so each candidate got their turn while the others stepped out of the room. I liked that structure—it made it clear who was responsible for speaking at any moment. The overall impression I had was that they ran things professionally and stayed respectful, even with a larger group setup. The conversation-style approach made it feel less like a technical grilling and more like an orderly evaluation of how I communicated.
