The process started with an early question about relocation—when I said I didn’t have an issue with it, the conversation moved on and then I didn’t hear back from them afterward.

The hiring path I experienced still had multiple screening steps.

First, there was an online test to measure my second language knowledge, then another test to evaluate my skills. On top of that, there was an online, automated interview.

Overall it felt like a multi-layer filter before any deeper conversation could happen, and my experience ended after I didn’t get follow-up communication. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest thing I remember was how quickly the process stopped after that relocation question.
