I interviewed for Bosch Building Technologies as a Software Engineer with a straightforward technical-first flow that leaned on my past projects and quick fundamentals.

Technical interview — I discussed previous projects and experiences, then answered questions around OOP and core C++ vs C ideas, including heap vs stack and pointers.
Targeted problem-solving (small/bit-level) — I was tested with a practical bits-related problem (e.g., get/set bit) to confirm understanding. Outcome: No offer for me; the takeaway was that being able to explain classic C/C++ memory and OOP concepts clearly was key.
