Robert Bosch Software Engineer interview experience

He was friendly enough, but he carried a lot of confidence in his own quality and seemed proud to have worked at the company for essentially his entire working life.

Because of that, the conversation came across as very self-assured. There wasn’t a sense of pressure so much as a strong “we already know how good this is” energy.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even with a moderate difficulty level, I left with the feeling that the interaction itself was more about the interviewer’s perspective than about a balanced evaluation.
