My first interview step was a single virtual session with the hiring manager, and then I went in for an on-site meeting with the manager and HR together.

The overall process felt straightforward and professional.

The only part that really slowed the momentum was what came after. Even though the conversations themselves went fine, it took them a long time to respond after the on-site round. I ended up waiting longer than I expected before I heard anything.

In the end, there was no clear positive move from their side right after that delayed follow-up. What I remember most is that the interviews themselves were easy to navigate, but the timing and lack of responsiveness afterward made the experience feel drawn out.
