Rippling Software Engineer interview experience

The sequence included an HR screen, a technical screening focused on coding, then a hiring manager conversation, followed by three onsite rounds in the office: two coding rounds and one system design.

Even when I understood what to do, moving fast enough and finishing within the allotted time made the process feel more stressful than it would have otherwise. I didn’t receive an offer.
