Rippling Software Engineer interview experience

The process moved fast—around two and a half weeks total—and it mainly consisted of a technical round and a behavioral interview.

In the coding part, I was asked to find the first non-repeating character in a string and also validate a set of parentheses. Halfway through, it clicked that I’d practiced a very similar problem recently, which made the session feel easier than it could’ve. The round still required me to work through the solution clearly and complete it properly.

I left feeling good about how it went, and I eventually happily accepted the offer.
