My process felt almost automated: I spoke with a recruiter for about 30 minutes, then I met with a hiring manager for another 30 minutes.

The conversations were standard and predictable, and I noticed there wasn’t any real resume review beforehand.

What surprised me was that the interviewers didn’t seem fully familiar with which role I’d applied for, so a lot of the discussion didn’t land as deeply as I expected. It ended quickly and, overall, it didn’t feel like much of a thoughtful evaluation—more like a template being run end to end.
