Everyone I met was kind and the interviews felt relaxed, and the process was fully remote.

I liked that vibe, and the interviewers would even give hints if I was completely stuck.

Even with the supportive tone, I didn’t pass. I couldn’t quite tell what level I needed to be at to get through, but the overall impression was that the bar existed even if it wasn’t shouted during the conversation.

I didn’t get an offer. The reflection I had was that the environment was friendly, yet I still wasn’t able to clear the standard they held internally.
