My process felt very thorough, and the communication stayed clear throughout.

It began with a straightforward screen, then escalated all the way to a long presentation at the end—about 45 minutes. The whole thing gave me the sense they were taking time to hire the right people rather than rushing.

Even though it was demanding, it never felt chaotic. Each stage seemed to build on the last, culminating in the presentation that acted like the final proving ground.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience left me respecting how seriously they evaluated people. The structure alone made it feel like a real decision process.
