My interview experience felt fairly regular and straightforward, with an extremely standard line of questioning.

The process didn’t feel chaotic or poorly organized, but there was one thing that caught me off guard: they were hiring for two different teams with different strategic needs and skill sets, and that wasn’t really detailed in advance.

Because of that, I ended up trying to map my background across what felt like overlapping expectations rather than knowing up front exactly what each team would weight most heavily. The interviews themselves didn’t come across as unusually hard, but the lack of clarity about the role split made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be.
