San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt fairly classic from a candidate-experience standpoint: I had a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and then an on-site that combined one behavioral and one technical round.

If I passed those stages, I moved on to meeting with a manager, and I was even given the option to meet managers from teams I was interested in.

On the technical side, the problems were LeetCode medium level, and what stood out most to me was the vibe from the interviewers—everyone I spoke with felt very friendly and supportive. Overall, it didn’t feel adversarial, and because I cleared the loop I ended with an offer. Looking back, I think the tone helped me perform, but the technical bars still mattered.
