Rippling Software Engineer interview experience

After the initial stage, I was rejected following the early coding portion. The whole thing felt very leetcode-style: the questions were described as implementation problems that tracked the same kinds of patterns you’d see on LeetCode.

My journey boiled down to two coding rounds. I passed the first coding round, but the next step didn’t go my way and that’s where it stopped. Overall, it was hard to get clarity because the write-up mostly pointed to the same theme—complex, exact leetcode-like implementation—rather than any deeper breakdown of what I missed.
