Rippling Software Engineer interview experience

The process felt like a structured sequence, and I was told I’d hear back the next working day.

I ended up waiting much longer than promised. I followed up with the hiring manager and recruiter repeatedly, but I still didn’t receive feedback for almost a month. It wasn’t just the delay—it was the lack of even a clear “no” or basic closure.

I didn’t get the role. What left me upset was that I’d spent real time preparing for each round, and the whole thing ended with poor communication and no decency around timing or feedback.
