King of Prussia, PAPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Consultant role where the company heavily emphasized cultural values and “people-first” messaging, but I didn’t get clear closure.

Phone interview — I had a single phone discussion and was told the job details while values were emphasized.
Multiple in-person rounds — Each stage continued to focus on culture fit so strongly that it felt oddly suspect to me.
Group/conversational interview — In a similar path, I had a group setting that mixed personal questions with store discussion.
Back-and-forth communication gaps — I also experienced cases where they never replied on whether I received the job. Outcome: No offer; the culture message was loud, but communication and follow-through were weak.
