Cherry Creek Highlands, COPosted Dec 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Consultant role and found the process genuinely difficult, with very personal, story-based questioning and heavy focus on examples.

Interview 1: two managers — They asked many questions about my personal fit, and I had to talk through my portfolio and what inspired me.
Interview 2: floor/room manager — I was pushed for specific stories and examples, including what I was most proud of, my weaknesses, and how I had improved. Outcome: No offer; the role got competitive quickly because they drilled into personal fit and concrete evidence.
