I went through a long, multi-round process that ended with rejection after significant delays, and it felt disorganized.

Phone interview — A 30-minute introductory call.
In-person interview #1 — An hour-and-a-half meeting on-site.
In-person interview #2 — Another hour-long in-person discussion.
Zoom interview #3 — A final hour-long video interview.
Outcome — They rejected me after weeks of waiting and didn’t give timely closure, even while I had other offers pending. Outcome: Rejected; the takeaway was that the timeline and follow-up were poorly managed.
