The talent acquisition seemed outsourced, and I worked with recruiters for the first touchpoint.

My first HR contact went well, and after that I had an interview with the hiring manager.

That hiring manager interview felt like an exam: very technical and focused on depth. It wasn’t just casual discussion, and it pushed me to clearly demonstrate I could handle the subject matter.

I found the process average in difficulty overall because the HR side was smooth, but the manager stage carried the real weight. The experience was intense mainly because it was technical and somewhat demanding.
