I remember the interview being split into three distinct phases.

First there was an HR interviewer who kept things to normal HR-style questions. After that, a department manager went through my CV in detail, and it was clear I needed to know my background thoroughly. Then I reached a technical exam at the end of the sequence.

The overall structure was organized and predictable, which helped me stay calm. I didn’t get the impression it was meant to trick me—more like they were checking consistency across HR, my documented experience, and then baseline technical capability before moving on.
