My process started with HR, followed by a technical interview that included a paper test.

The HR portion came first, then I moved into the technical managers’ part where the focus shifted to job-related questions and product improvement ideas. I felt like the day was trying to confirm both how I thought and how well I understood the work they did.

A second round followed at the director level, and that conversation leaned into higher-level discussion like the salary package. The overall journey felt like a clear escalation: from HR screening to technical evaluation, and then toward broader alignment around compensation and role fit.
