Milpitas, CAPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed with the hiring manager, a senior engineer on the team, and then a few directors that the person in the role would likely work with.

The directors and managers seemed focused on assessing how deep my technical understanding could go and whether my experience matched what they were looking for.

The conversations felt like level calibration more than a test of obscure trivia. They were trying to gauge technical depth and relevance across the group.

Overall, the difficulty felt easy, mostly because the focus was on alignment and fit rather than intense formal testing. It felt like they were inviting me to show my depth, and the tone helped me stay comfortable.
