Renesas Software Engineer interview experience

I had a Teams screen, then a Teams interview with the hiring manager, and finally an onsite interview with the team.

Everyone I spoke with was cordial, and the vibe was generally positive. There were some scheduling mishaps along the way, but they handled the logistics without turning it into a bigger problem.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, what I remember most is how smooth the flow was overall, especially compared to longer and more confusing processes I’d heard about.
