Renesas Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up doing the interview on-site at the workplace, and during that conversation they said I’d be called back within two weeks with the results.

The process felt a bit difficult just because I was waiting on that promised follow-up, and it didn’t end with anything positive for me. Looking back, the uncertainty around timing and the lack of a clear closing moment made the experience harder than it needed to be, even though the initial steps were straightforward.
