Renesas Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter asked about my resume experiences and career interests, and they also asked about my salary expectations.

After that call, they said the application would be sent to the hiring manager. I didn’t hear back after that, so the process ended without much closure.

Difficulty felt easy and mainly administrative at that point, but the lack of follow-up was frustrating. I walked away feeling like the interview step itself went fine, yet the overall communication stalled afterward.
