Renault Group Software Engineer interview experience

I received a clear set of instructions, then completed a written process where they gave me paper-based questions to answer. The questions themselves were easy, and the overall attitude from the people involved stayed polite and professional.

After I submitted my answers, there was basically no follow-up. It wasn’t even the usual delay I’d seen elsewhere—there simply wasn’t much communication afterward.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the biggest frustration was how little feedback I got. The interview environment was solid, but the lack of response left the process feeling incomplete.
