Reliance Industries Software Engineer interview experience

My process had a lot of motion early on—first a written test using AMCAT, then a technical interview, and then HR.

It felt like they were moving quickly to get a snapshot of both my domain understanding and my overall fit. When I was able to get through those stages, the experience shifted: HR told me I had cleared both rounds and I was asked to send documents on email.

After that, though, everything slowed down dramatically. I provided the documents and then waited. It ended up being close to a month where I kept reaching out, calling and mailing and even texting, but the response didn’t come. The lack of follow-up made the process feel less like an interview journey and more like I was stuck in limbo
