My selection was heavily resume-driven, and the process centered on whether I knew the fundamentals of my branch.

I went through three rounds: an online test first, then a technical interview, and finally an HR round.

The HR part leaned into more self-focused questions and real-life scenario prompts, so it wasn’t just a formality. The technical round itself felt like it was meant to check basic knowledge in a straightforward way rather than aiming for extreme complexity.

I didn’t get an offer, but the overall structure made sense to me—each stage built on the last, moving from screening into skills and then into how I’d handle common real situations.
