I interviewed in a fairly classic recruiter-to-onsite format where the team seemed highly organized and genuinely interested in fit.

Recruiter phone screen — I spoke with a recruiter first.
Onsite (manager + team) — I met the recruiting manager and several team members on site; multiple interviewers aligned on my fit and seemed focused on whether I’d be a strong teammate.
Follow-through — The process included an eventual offer decision. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in this experience, and the takeaway was that scheduling and interviewer organization were a clear strength.
