I experienced an early, mostly technical-first interview flow that required strong object-oriented knowledge and active, out-loud problem solving.

Technical-first screen — I was pushed right into technical questioning with only minimal behavioral coverage.
Whiteboard coding — I had to write code on a whiteboard and think out loud so the interviewers could follow my reasoning.
Follow-on interview scheduling — In the other similar path, I began at a campus recruiting interaction and then received an invitation after discussing my background. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer in these experiences; the takeaway was that being comfortable with OOP fundamentals and whiteboard execution was critical.
