Chicago, ILPosted Nov 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more traditional recruiter-then-onsite arc—sometimes with an extended in-person afternoon—and the difficulty centered on OOP/design thinking and solid coding.

Recruiter screen — I had an initial phone screen.
Coding challenge — I completed an online coding assessment (often described as HackerRank-style) before the onsite.
Onsite (extended format) — I spent an afternoon meeting multiple people, typically mixing engineer/team discussions, manager/culture-fit, and technical content.
Additional technical depth — In one path, the onsite included multiple phases with OOP/core-values and a final follow-up with recruiting leadership.
End of process — For some, feedback arrived quickly after the video/on-site
