This was an early, straightforward pipeline that moved quickly—from recruiter touchpoints to an in-house technical conversation and a fast offer.

Recruiter call — I started with a short phone conversation.
Technical phone interview — The next day, I had a longer phone interview.
In-house interviews — I then visited in person for a technical interview with additional interviewers and received a company tour. Outcome: I got an offer by the next day; the takeaway was that prompt decision-making and relatively accessible questions aligned well with my performance.
