I went through a fairly standard, multi-step screen-to-onsite process with technical questions and whiteboarding, usually landing me in an office interview within a few weeks.

Phone/recruiter screen — I had a brief HR-style call about my background and fit, sometimes with follow-up details and logistics.
Take-home / coding test — I completed an assignment at home; one version leaned on sorting and graph knowledge, and timing felt manageable if I was prepared.
Onsite (Chicago) — I went through multiple interviewers across behavioral and technical rounds, including code-focused discussion of a prior challenge and explanations, plus whiteboarding.
Onsite wrap-up — The process typically ended with additional technical/problem-solving prompts
