For this software engineer application, I experienced a longer, internship-style pipeline that still felt methodical—starting with a digital step and culminating in a full onsite.

Digital interview — I completed an online interview shortly after applying.
Coding project (take-home) — About a week later, I was asked to complete a coding project that took around five hours.
Onsite (Chicago) — I was flown in and interviewed over multiple back-to-back sessions: two behavioral interviews and two technical ones.
Wrap-up timing — After roughly two weeks, I learned the decision. Outcome: I received an offer; the takeaway was that sustained performance across the take-home and the balanced behavioral/technical onsite mattered.
