I completed the standard prerecorded video setup, but the live phone interview itself was chaotic and oddly self-centered.

Asynchronous video prompts — I received a link to record answers to three questions, with a straightforward setup.
Phone interview — Instead of a focused discussion, the interviewer mostly talked about herself, making it one of the most disorganized calls I’ve experienced. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the quality of the live conversation can override an otherwise normal pre-screen.
