I interviewed for an Account Executive role and experienced an easy process with mostly straightforward questions and a calm tone.

Brief recorded or initial screening — I answered a few prompts (sometimes with re-recording) focused on experience and fit.
Manager conversation — I discussed outdoor/retail interests and how I’d handle basic customer-service situations.
Some cases included quick next steps — I heard results promptly in at least one instance. Outcome: Results varied, but the takeaway was that the interviews were designed to feel comfortable and direct.
