I went through an easy start online and then an outdoor, manager-led in-person interview—ended with a very impersonal rejection.

Short online screen — I had a brief online interview centered on basics and prior work.
On-site interview (outside) — The next step was a 30-minute manager interview outdoors with questions on customer service and teamwork, plus availability and start timing.
Result / follow-up — I left feeling confident, but later received a canned email rejection with no meaningful feedback. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the on-site rapport didn’t translate into a transparent or personalized decision.
