I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a smooth, low-stress process and got an offer shortly after, all within about a week.

Initial call screen — I was contacted and asked about my relevant experience, why I was interested in REI, and my availability.
Group interview with managers — I was scheduled for a group interview; it was described as relaxing, and the managers were approachable.
What they seemed to value — I was advised to answer with initiative so they could see drive. Outcome: I got the job offer less than a week later; the takeaway was that showing energy and proactive participation helped.
