Regions Financial Financial Analyst interview experience

The interviews I went through were straightforward and low-drama compared with other banks I’d looked at. I initially interviewed for one role, didn’t end up getting it, and then I was referred to a different team within the bank.

That second round of interviews felt more like a continuation than a whole reset. I ended up getting the position there. Overall, the process gave me a good sense of how the bank worked and how they treated me compared to my other experiences, and I left feeling like the referral made the fit feel clearer.
