Regions Financial Financial Analyst interview experience

I went through multiple rounds, and the interviews I had were heavily behavioral in tone, with only enough technical questions to confirm I understood core financial statement basics. Across the conversations, they consistently asked the kinds of questions you’d expect—why I wanted Regions, tell me about myself, plus strengths, weaknesses, and times I’d handled failure or leadership.

The later stages leaned even more into interaction with leadership. In one round, I met with a larger group that included branch or regional managers, and sales presence mattered a lot for how they evaluated me.
