Atlanta, GAPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up finding the role through my own department, and the process felt pretty straightforward from the start.

The first step was a quick phone call with the managing director. It was mostly a conversation about the position, but there were a few questions about my background too, the kind of thing meant to confirm fit.

A few days later, I moved to a second interview. That round was another conversation led by the same managing director, and it also included an additional MD at the university. Overall, the journey didn’t feel drawn out or overly technical—more like a direct screening and then a confirmatory discussion with senior leadership.
