Seattle, WAPosted Nov 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a specific team and ended up speaking with that team’s members as well as engineers from adjacent groups.

I also had a Q and A with the hiring manager, which made the process feel more grounded than a pure question-and-answer gauntlet.

The whole thing felt very friendly overall, and it was genuinely enjoyable rather than stressful. I didn’t get a ton of extra detail about the exact prompts, but the experience stood out because the people I talked to were super approachable and the atmosphere stayed positive. I didn’t end up with an offer, but my takeaway was that the process itself felt thorough and respectful, and I didn’t feel like I was being set up to fail.
