Reddit Software Engineer interview experience

The vibe felt structured and professional, and I appreciated that the round had a clear flow rather than feeling improvised.

For the final stage, the emphasis shifted toward how I communicated and whether my experience fit what they were looking for. That round also included discussion of my background and how I’d worked through past situations. Overall, the process felt smooth and well coordinated, and it ended without an offer for me—though it still felt like a legitimate, polished journey rather than something chaotic.
