My first round was a machine-coding interview delivered in a way that felt surprisingly fair.

The interviewer was helpful during the conversation and seemed genuinely interested in testing how I approached problem-solving rather than only judging whether I could instantly solve a random DSA question.

The overall tone made it easier to focus on clarifying the problem and walking through my reasoning. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but that round felt like a real assessment rather than a trap.

What I took away was that even with a coding-focused screen, the way the interviewer handled the discussion made the experience more constructive than I expected.
