Ramp Account Executive interview experience

One of the core parts involved simulating a real cold call, and instead of only talking about past experience, it tested my actual sales instincts and how I handle the moment.

They gave helpful feedback throughout, which made it feel less like a pure evaluation and more like a learning experience while still being serious. The process was organized and moved on a timely schedule.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I appreciated that the process was focused on growth and improvement rather than just pass/fail judgment.
