Positive

New York, NYPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a quick, conventional flow (under about two weeks), and it felt comparatively positive even though I didn’t get an offer.

Online coding challenges — I went through multiple coding rounds (about three in total), in the style of standard interview problems.
System design/architecture round — I had one architecture/system design discussion focused on structuring a solution.
Culture fit — I completed a culture/fit conversation as the final step.
Recruiter experience + pace — Recruiters were professional and the overall timeline was fast. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the interaction quality and pacing felt strong; the bar was still competitive.
